Mental performance coaching will help athletes develop the mental and emotional strategies necessary to reach his or her athletic potential.
Level 5 PROGRAM
Level 5 represents a measurable way of classifying and evaluating degrees of energy and effort one expends in the performance of a task during individual or group exercises. Often people refer to this energy as JUICE and how it is used to fuel performance or boost fight levels. When used in this particular context, Level 5 seeks to underscore and explicate inter-relationships between individual and group chemistry and how that taps into competitive spirit both from a personal and collective perspective. For example, how hard one works on managing and recovering from negative criticisms or how many defensive stops a team needs to win a game.
Baked into the Level 5 philosophy and methodology is the assumption of chemistry and mindset and the role it plays in being your best and/or winning championships. This unique pragmatic system of effort psychology can be employed in numerous situations with diverse age groups including (but not limited to) sports and workplace settings.
