HIGH SCHOOL & YOUTH SUMMER TRAINING

Monday & Wednesday: Session 1 - 4:00pm - 5:30pm (90 min) Session 2 - 5:30pm - 7:00pm (90 min) Upon signup, players will be placed into one of the two time slots by the coaches. Each player will be taken through an S24 Labs assessment upon arrival to the facility. After the assessment, a meeting will take place between the player and an S24 Labs trainer to discuss areas of improvement and goals. Once the assessment and meeting have been completed, players will be given a training program (hitting or throwing) that is made by an S24 Labs trainer.
