At S24 Labs, we apply the science of physics and physiology with resulting performance metrics as the foundation for all of our athlete training programs. By combining the latest in speed force protocols that derive from more than 75 years of Olympic Games performance research, our professional coaches have the ability to produce scalable, measurable and sustainable results that will translate immediately into the competitive environment.

 

Depending on your location, training sessions vary in length will include hands-on individualized training in a group setting.  Please visit our 'Locations' pages to learn more about the training offered in your area and to book your appointment. Each facility operates under the same philosophy of creating a holistic athlete experience by tailoring the training needs to the individual.  We accomplish this through a series of baseline and progressive assessments that allow our trainers to focus on the skill gaps unique to that athlete. 

 

By leveraging the 'best in class' technology products housed in each of our facilities, we are able to capture and display a data driven view of every athlete's performance throughout their training journey. Our experienced trainers will then develop, prescribe, and administer specific activities to address any deficiencies or desired performance improvement areas.  From the first session to the last, each athlete will be able to monitor their improvements and ultimately transfer these refined skills into the field of play.

HUNTSVILLE BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH COURTNEY DUNCAN

AUGUST 9, 2021 - FEBRUARY 11, 2022

The Baseball Development Program is a six-month program and is designed to enhance the physical skills, develop the physical strength, and sharpen the mental capacity of every participant. Video analysis and cutting-edge technology will be utilized to enhance our training program and provide participants with additional feedback geared towards overall development.

 

Workouts will take place at the end of each session to help build strength, improve speed and agility, and increase flexibility. Each participant will be paired according to age and/or ability. If any participant has someone he or she wishes to be paired with, please indicate during registration. Our expectations are high for every participant and we strive for great results. We work hard and have fun doing it!

  • Classes will last 45 minutes and workouts immediately following

  • Classes are once a week (Times are not interchangeable)

  • Classes begin promptly at 3:30pm Monday - Friday and will continue in 45 minute increments.  Saturday and Sunday will be utilized as makeup days

  • Late shows will not be allotted any extra time

MADISON BASEBALL PROGRAM WITH JARED HOWELL

Training sessions will run 90 minutes in length and include hands-on individualized training in a group setting.
